These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the AstroNirnay platform at astronirnay.com and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service Description

AstroNirnay provides Vedic astrology services including free Kundali generation, paid astrology reports, compatibility analyses, AI-powered chat, and PDF report delivery. Services are delivered digitally through our web platform.

2. Account Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials secure
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account, or have parental/guardian consent
• Birth details you provide must be accurate — report quality depends on correct date, time, and place of birth
• One person may not create multiple accounts to abuse free services or promotions

3. Payments and Refunds

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed securely through PayU.

Our reports and digital products are delivered instantly upon successful payment. Because these are digital goods with immediate delivery, refunds are generally not available once a report has been generated. Refund requests may be considered at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure, duplicate charges, or service non-delivery. To request a refund, contact support within 7 days of purchase with your order ID.

4. Astrology Disclaimer

Astrology reports are for guidance and entertainment purposes only. They do not constitute professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice. You should not make major life decisions based solely on astrological reports. Always consult qualified professionals for health, legal, and financial matters.

We do not predict death dates, guarantee specific outcomes, or use fear-based messaging. Past performance of astrological indicators does not guarantee future results.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AstroNirnay and its officers, employees, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including decisions made based on report content.

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

All platform content, software, branding, report templates, and AI-generated report structures are owned by AstroNirnay or its licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use reports generated for your profiles. You may not reproduce, resell, or publicly distribute report content without written permission.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: reverse-engineer the platform; attempt unauthorised access; use automated tools to scrape data; submit false birth information deliberately; harass staff or other users; or use the service for any unlawful purpose.

8. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, third-party API outages (OpenAI, AstrologyAPI, PayU), or force majeure events may cause temporary disruptions.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases, but provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and governing law survive.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Maharashtra, India.
